T3 Week 9

Tēnā koutou katoa

Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou

Welcome to Week 9

We have just over a week until the end of term 3 and we are all working hard with our students to make sure that they are on track in all of our year groups.  For our senior students we have extended our teaching time to ensure that they get the most support possible so that they can achieve at the highest level.

Primary School visits

This week we have been catching up with our transition meetings we missed during Lockdown at the primary schools.  I have loved visiting the schools and seeing where our students have come from.  It is also great to meet the year 8s teachers and principals.

Te Pūtairiki UC Māori Law Society visit

It was great to have Māori Law Society based at the University of Canterbury come over to the Coast and engage with our senior Māori students who may be thinking of going University in 2022. It provided an open forum to explain life at University and for the students to have one on one talks about future goals that Te Pūtaikiri may be able to help with.

Ngā mihi nui
