T4 Week 1

Tēnā koutou katoa
Ngā mihi nui ki a koutou

Welcome to Week . I cannot believe that I have been here for nearly a year! It has been an interesting one to say the least, and our rangatahi are doing an awesome job being flexible and resilient all at the same time!

NCEA parent-teacher interviews (online) - Term 4, week 1
Thank you to all the parents who went online to meet their child’s teachers. As always if you do want to make face to face meetings please contact your child’s dean and/or class teachers by email to do so.

End of year events
We are all working hard to organise our end of year events whether they are both in person or online. We want the best for our rangatahi, especially those who are leaving. Thank you in advance for all of your patience while we make these difficult decisions which for the most part out of our hands.

Cafe
We are hoping that our cafe will be up and running in week 3 - fingers crossed. We will get back to you when we know more.

Masks on buses
We have been mandated that all of our students in years 9 to 13 wear a mask on a bus. It is good practice to do so and if we were living in a bigger town we would all have to do it on a regular basis. We all need masks to go into shops, restaurants, the leisure centre and so, so we need to work on wearing them on public transport.

“Whāea te iti kahurangi - strive for success”

Ngā mihi nui
